With reference to SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018, Craftsman Automation has confirmed that as on 31st March, 2022 the company does not fulfill the applicability criteria specified under Para 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular and hence the Company shall not be considered as a 'Large Corporate'. Accordingly, Annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annexure B2 of the said circular for the financial year 2021-22 is not applicable to the Company.
