Tata Chemicals has informed that the Board at its Meeting held today, i.e. Friday, April 29, 2022 transacted the following businesses Annual General Meeting and Recommendation of Dividend. The 83rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 through the permissible mode. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of the Listing Regulations, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 12.5 per share i.e. 125% for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 83rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
