Adani Transmission (ATL) has executed a Share Subscription agreement (SSA) on May 02, 2022 with Green Transmission Investment Holding RSC for the issuance and allotment of 1,56,82,600 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the Company to the Investor on preferential basis, in compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable laws. The current principal shareholder of Green Transmission Investment Holding RSC is IHC Capital Holding LLC.
