Surana Telecom & Power has executed Share Purchase agreement (SPA) to sale equity stake of 10% held in Surana Infotech to Tapaz Info Parks Holdings, Singapore. The total amount of consideration is finalised for Rs 7.59 crore and the same will be received on closing/transfer of equity shares. The expected date for closing/transfer of equity shares is tentatively by May 03, 2022.
Surana Telecom & Power was engaged in the business of manufacturing of petro products such as petroleum jelly and telecom products such as jointing kits.
