Brigade Enterprises’ subsidiary company -- BCV Developers has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘BCV Real Estates’. Consequently 'BCV Real Estates’ has become a step down subsidiary of the company. The said incorporation is to undertake real estate development business.
Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
