Besides, the said WOS is incorporated under the Companies Act having Registration No 201231417H dated December 27, 2012 and that the company is a private company limited by shares.
Panoramic Universal engages in the hospitality and information technology businesses. The company owns and operates hotel properties in India, the United States, and New Zealand.
