Adani Transmission has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
The company has reported net profit of Rs 5.90 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 16.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 11.64% at Rs 542 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 613.39 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 7.62% in its net profit at Rs 237 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 256.55 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 10.08% at Rs 3,165.35 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 2,875.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported net loss of Rs 64.61 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 21.21 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company marginally increased by 0.42% at Rs 1,440.67 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,434.66 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 4.17% in its net profit at Rs 1,235.75 crore as compared to Rs 1,289.57 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.41% at Rs 11,861.47 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 10,458.93 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
