Brooks Laboratories’ subsidiary -- Brooks Steriscience has entered into Distribution and Supply Agreement with Armas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. USA, a multi-source pharmaceutical company, having head quartered in Freehold, New Jersey, United States.

Through this agreement Brooks Steriscience intends to supply Carbapenem products in the United States of America and its commonwealths and territories thereof, including Puerto Rico. Globally, Carbapenems are a $2 billion plus opportunity with limited players having dedicated capabilities to manufacture these products for the regulated markets.

Brooks Laboratories is a pharmaceutical contract research and manufacturing services company.
