Kanpur Plastipack has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil in the name of ‘Kanplas Do Brasil’. The company wants to expand its business activities, in this regard the company has incorporated the wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil. The new company will do trading and marketing of the products of the company in Brazil. The company has subscribed to entire capital of the new company at par amounting to 6,40,680 Brazilian real.
Kanpur Plastipack is an India-based company engaged in manufacturing of HDPE/PP Fabric, Sacks, flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) Bags and Multi Filament Yarn (MFY).
