Bharat Rasayan has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2022 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. The Board shall also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
