JSW Ispat Special Products reports 96% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

JSW Ispat Special Products has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

The company has reported a fall of 86.50% in its net profit at Rs 10.92 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 80.91 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 14.96% at Rs 1703.26 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 1481.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 96.46% in its net profit at Rs 3.29 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 92.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 14.31% at Rs 1696.80 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 1484.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported net profit at Rs 9.18 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 104.99 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 44.99% at Rs 6090.78 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4200.73 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 99.28% in its net profit at Rs 1.49 crore as compared to Rs 209.52 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 44.75% at Rs 6084.32 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4203.47 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
