As earlier informed by the Company that UCO Bank, being the consortium leader bank vide letter dated 26.11.2021, has informed the Company for appointment of Forensic Auditor to conduct the Audit in respect of proposed restructuring proposal. In continuation of same, Flexituff Ventures International has informed that Forensic Auditor have completed their audit & have submitted their report directly to the bank. The above report has been accepted & adopted by all the banks without any observation in consortium meeting held on 25.04.2022 & received to Company now.
