Ruchi Strips & Alloys has informed that in order to align the Financial Year of the company with general industrial practice, the company has got approval from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra for extension of financial year by their order dated December 21, 2012.
Accordingly, now the financial year will comprise of 18 months, beginning from October 01, 2011 and will end on March 31, 2013.
