With reference to the initial disclosure filed by the Company with the stock exchanges vide letter dated April 04, 2022, wherein it was informed that the Company is not a Large Corporate, as per the framework provided in the SEBI Circular: no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has informed that Annual Disclosure in terms of para 4 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular (Annexure B2) is not applicable to the Company for the financial year 2021-22.
