Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. The company also informed that the Board, may consider the proposal of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2021-22. Further, pursuant to our letter dated March 31, 2022 and in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s internal code of conduct, for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours post the outcome of board meeting till May 26, 2022 the Trading window shall re-open on May 27, 2022. As required under SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, this may be treated as an advance intimation.
