In compliance with clause 16(f) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, IMP Powers has informed that the committee of creditors (CoC) of IMP Powers (Corporate Debtor) pursuant to its meeting held on April 28, 2022 and concluded on May 07, 2022 resolved, with requisite voting share, to appoint the existing interim resolution professional, i.e. Mukesh Verma (Interim Resolution Professional), as the Resolution Professional for the Corporate Debtor in accordance with Section 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code). Further, in the first CoC meeting, other issues were also decided as below: a) Ratification of Remuneration of the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) and out of pocket expenses. b) Finalization of fees of the RP c) Ratification of CIRP expenses incurred.
