In furtherance to its intimation regarding the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting No. 01/ 2022-2023 (EOGM), of the Members of the company scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th June, 2022 at 11:30 am through VC/ OAVM to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated 13th May, 2022. In this regard lmagicaaworld Entertainment has informed that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will be closed from Saturday 4th June, 2022 to Friday 10th June, 2022 for the purpose of EOGM. The same is also mentioned in the Notice convening the said EOGM which is also submitted with the Exchanges.
