DLF reports 15% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

DLF has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

The company has reported a fall of 27.09% in its net profit at Rs 300.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 411.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 20.02% at Rs 1,134.55 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 1,418.55 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 15.05% in its net profit at Rs 405.54 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 477.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 13.35% at Rs 1,652.13 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 1,906.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported a rise of 26.76% in its net profit at Rs 1,335.35 crore as compared to Rs 1,053.46 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.96% at Rs 4,657.01 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4,479.41 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 38.58% in its net profit at Rs 1,500.32 crore as compared to Rs 1,082.60 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.25% at Rs 6,137.85 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,944.89 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
