Trident is planning to raise funds through non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants, convertible securities other than warrants or foreign currency convertible bonds and I or such other securities including Non-Convertible Debentures, as may be permitted, by way of a public or private offering, or any combination thereof, or any other method as may be permitted under applicable law, in one or more tranches. The board meeting of the Company will be held on May 30, 2022 to consider and approve the same.
