Tamilnadu Petroproducts has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 23rd May 2022, for considering the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2022 and recommendation of Dividend, if any for FY 2021-22. As intimated earlier, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed up to the second trading day after the announcement of financial results for the year ended 31st March 2022.
