Royal Orchid Hotels has received its board’s consent for making reference to the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Cell for restructuring the debts of the Company under CDR mechanism formulated by Reserve Bank of India, vide circular dated August 23, 2001 as amended from time to time.
