The revised policy may be accessed on the website of the Company at www.gati.com, Adoption of new set of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the Securities of the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Further, the Board on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has recommended the appointment of S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the Company to the members for approval at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held during this year 2022 for a term of 5 years from the conclusion of 27th AGM to 32nd AGM, in place of the retiring Statutory Auditor Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants.
