Temasek Holdings through its investment arm V-Sciences Investments has sold 40 lakh shares of Godrej Agrovet at an average price of Rs 492.6 apiece through open market transaction, taking the transaction value to Rs 197.04 crore. Godrej Industries picked up the same amount of shares at the same price.
Godrej Agrovet is a diversified, research and development focused agribusiness company with operations across five business verticals i.e. animal feed, crop protection, oil palm, dairy, and poultry and processed foods.
