As already informed through earlier letter dated March 30, 2022 relating to Closure of Trading Window for all the Board Members, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company from April 01, 2022 and shall reopen on June 02, 2022 i.e. 48 hours from, after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022.
