The Indian Hotels Company has informed that the 121st AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 3.00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, June 24, 2022 to Thursday, June 30, 2022 for determining the entitlement of dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company, subject to deduction of tax at source.
