The company enclosed are: a) A copy of the said Financial Results along with the Auditors Report thereon, b) Declaration of unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results as per Regulation 33 (3) (d) and 52 (3) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 & c) Information as required under Regulation 52(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, The proposal of raising funds by way of issuing Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis during the Financial Year 2022-23 as per the details appended in Annexure-A and Re-Appointment of S R B C & CO LLP (FRN:324982E/E300003) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years, subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. A brief profile of S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants is enclosed as Annexure- B. In furtherance to the intimation filed by the Company dated March 31, 2022; the trading window for trading in securities of the Company by insiders closed on April 01, 2022 will open on May 28, 2022. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and was concluded at 11:59 pm.
