Panasonic Energy India Co. has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee) at their respective meeting held on May 25,2022 has considered and approved the re-appointment of BSR and Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for second term of 5 years commencing from conclusion of 50th AGM till the conclusion of 55th AGM to be held for the FY 2026-27, which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders.
