In reference to its intimation dated May 25, 2022 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Energy Exchange has informed that due to unavoidable technical reasons the recording of the group conference call held with the Analysts/Institutional Investors at Singapore on May 26, 2022 was not available. Further, it has informed and confirmed that during the aforesaid meeting information already available in the public domain only was shared with the participants of the meeting and no Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) was shared /made available at the said group meeting.
