Further, Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification with modified opinion for the said Results in compliance with Regulation 33 (3) (d) of Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 is also enclosed and Recommended final dividend of @ 25 % i.e. 0.25(Rupees) per equity share of Rs 1 each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 pm and concluded at 11:30 pm.
