Finkurve Financial Services has informed that the Company has convened a Board Meeting on 30th May, 2022 for consideration and approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022 and had uploaded the Financial Results on BSE Listing Centre within the stipulated timeline as stated under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. However, it was observed that the page containing the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement in Financial Statements of the Company uploaded on the BSE Listing Centre was erroneously missed. Therefore, the company is making good the defect by uploading the complete Financial Statements again for Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022 with the inclusion of the Consolidated Cash Flow Statements.
