Acrysil’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Acrysil UK has completed the acquisition of 100% shares of Tickford Orange (TOL), UK along with its wholly owned operating subsidiary Sylmar Technology (STL). The acquisition is in line with Acrysil strategy to establish itself as a dominant player in the global kitchen and bathroom segment.
This acquisition will now allow Acrysil to further strengthen its presence and market share in the UK market and gain access to a loyal customer base thus providing potential new sales channels and cross-selling opportunities.
Acrysil is a leading manufacturer of composite quartz and granite kitchen sinks in India. The company exports granite sinks to more than 20 countries worldwide.
