Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nahar Spinning Mills has informed that the Company has received intimation from the shareholder Bharat Shah regarding loss of Share Certificate. The Company shall issue Duplicate Share Certificate on completion of all formalities required under the law. In the meantime, any member having a claim in respect of the above said shares should lodge such claim with the company within 15 days from the date of this communication.
