Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has informed that the Company has allotted 30,250 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each on June 2, 2022, to the grantee(s) who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme-2016 (ESOS). With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 1,26,72,67,088 divided into 63,36,33,544 number of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
