Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 19594804 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 3629044 equity shares were pledged which is 11.62% of total paid up capital of the company and 18.52% of total promoter shareholding. On 02.06.2022, 187814 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 3441230 which is 11.02% of total paid up capital of the company and 17.56% of total promoter shareholding.
