ETT has informed that in continuation of the earlier intimation dated May 19, 2022 regarding sale of Company’s asset situated at Plot no. 79, Sector 34, Gurugram - 122 001 (Haryana) to Bluemonk Ventures, a Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 405, A welldone Tech Park, Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, subject to receipt of requisite approvals, the said sale transaction has been materialised upon receipt of requisite approvals through Sale Deed executed between the Company and Bluemonk Ventures on June 3, 2022. The Company has received full sale consideration of Rs 35 crore.
