GNA Axles has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held earlier today, upon the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have appointed Rajan Wadhera, Pooja Uppal, Ashwani Malhotra and Air Vice Marshal Saravjit Singh Hothi (retd.) as Additional Independent Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 10th June, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders within the prescribed time from the date of their appointment.
