Gujarat State Petronet shines on booking 1 MTPA natural gas re-gasification with PLL

Gujarat State Petronet is currently trading at Rs. 79.75, up by 0.05 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 79.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 80.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 80.75 and Rs. 79.60 respectively. So far 1,34,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.20 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.05. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4,487.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.73% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.23% and 24.04% respectively.

Gujarat State Petronet has booked a capacity of 1 million tonne per annum (MTPA) of natural gas re-gasification with Petronet LNG (PLL) at its Dahej terminal, Gujarat for a period of 20 years starting from 2016 on firm basis. The agreements to this effect have been signed by the company and PLL on January 05, 2013.

Gujarat State Petronet is a subsidiary Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC). It has taken initiative in developing energy transportation infrastructure in Gujarat and connecting major natural gas supply sources and demand markets.
