Acrysil has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed by circulation on June 9, 2022, have approved issue and allotment of 77,061 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each fully paid to the Employees at an exercise price of Rs 60 per equity share on exercise of the options granted to them under company’s- Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP). The said Equity shares shall rank, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the issued and the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs 5,33,89,760 consisting of 2,66,94,880 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 5,35,43,882 consisting of 2,67,71,941 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each.
