In compliance with clause 16(f) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, IMP Powers has informed that the committee of creditors (CoC) of IMP Powers (Corporate Debtor) held a meeting on 02-06-2022, which was continued on 04-06-2022. The Committee deliberated on various issues regarding the present state of affairs and future course of action. The various resolutions adopted by the Committee include ratification of CRP costs so far, ratification of fees of valuers, statutory auditors and transaction auditors, publication of Form C, approval of the eligibility criteria for Prospective Resolution Applicants, reduction in notice period for CoC meetings and authorization to Resolution Professional for signing cheques for operational expenses and meeting CIRP cost.
