Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Chennai Bench has, vide its Order dated June 10, 2022, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation involving merger of Himshikhar Investment, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries.
