Kuantum Papers has informed that it attached copies of the press clippings intimating shareholders that the Notice for 25th AGM of the Company along with the Annual Report for FY2021-2022 has to be sent only by electronic mode to those Members whose E-mail Id is already registered with the Company/Depositaries. The Company is also providing e-voting and remote e-voting facility to all its Members. Members have been requested that in case they have not registered their email ID with the Company/Depositary, they should follow the given instructions to register their email ID for obtaining annual report for FY2021-2022 and login details for e-voting.
