Adani Power has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of two companies, namely Support Properties Private (SPPL) and Eternus Real Estate (EREPL) from their respective shareholders. The object of acquisition is to set up infrastructure facilities. Earlier, on June 07, 2022 the company had signed a share-purchase agreements regarding the same.
Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
