DLF is currently trading at Rs. 236.70, up by 0.05 points or 0.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 236.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 237.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.50 and Rs. 235.35 respectively. So far 358043 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 261.35 on 22-Feb-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 169.55 on 04-Jun-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 240.00 and Rs. 232.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 40232.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.58% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.36% and 5.06% respectively.

Pia Singh, daughter of DLF Chairman KP Singh and one of the promoters of DLF has sold 4.25 million shares of the realty major worth nearly Rs 100 crore to six other promoter entities. These shares were sold on an average price of Rs 235 aggregating the deal size to Rs 99.86 crore.

In an inter-promoter transfer, shares were acquired by Kavita Singh, wife of Pia’s brother, and five other promoter entities --DLF Investments, Kohinoor Real Estates Company, Madhur Housing & Development Company, Sidhant Housing & Development Company and Vishal Foods & Investments.

Earlier in December 2012, DLF had informed that Pia Singh would sell up to 5 million shares or amounting to 0.29% stake in the company, at Rs 217.17 per share by January 31, 2013.
