No. 700 of 2022 has granted stay against the order passed by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) dated 13th June, 2022 in the matter titled as Prayag Polytech Vs Avon Moldplast vide application CP (IB) No. 312ALD/2019 and gave further direction to NCLT, Allahabad Bench to dispose application filed by IPR under Section 12A of I & B Code, 2016 seeking withdrawal of main application as per Regulation 30A of the IBBI (Corporate Insolvency Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
