Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR /2022/8 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD /MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/70 dated January 25, 2022 and May 25, 2022 respectively; Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has informed that it enclosed the details of 'Letter of Confirmation' issued to the shareholders in lieu of share certificate after completion of necessary formalities with respect to loss of original share certificate. The loss of the mentioned share certificate had already been reported to the stock exchanges on March 24, 2022, in compliance with Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
