With reference to letter dated 17th June 2022 intimating about the resignation by the Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, Sunshield Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, have today appointed CNK, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101961W /W100036), as Statutory Auditors of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the aforesaid resignation. The said appointment will be placed for shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Details with respect to resignation/ change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule Ill of the Listing Regulations, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 are annexed herewith.
