EIH has informed that term of appointment of Shib Sanker Mukherji as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company has concluded on 26th June 2022. Mukherji did not wish to consider a renewal. Further informed that Shib Sanker Mukherji by letter dated 27th June 2022 has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company including various Board Committees to which he was a member with immediate effect.
