Indian Card Clothing Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 27, 2022, has considered and approved the proposal of acquiring balance 40% equity stake in Garnett Wire, UK - foreign subsidiary of the Company, from its Joint Venture Partner - Joseph Sellers & Son. Disclosure regarding this acquisition as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is given in Annexure A.
