Jayabharat Credit has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for the Designated Persons and Connected Persons will remain closed from 30th June, 2022 for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Un-Audited Financial Results.
