As per Internal circular dated 27.06.2022 sent by the Company to all the Directors and senior Employees and other designated persons regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises has informed that as per the Code of conduct adopted by the Company for the prevention of the Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015, trading window of the company shall be closed for all the Designated employees and directors of the company from July 01, 2022 up to forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges.
